Well I didn't agree with the dumb cow part, but...

with lag somtimes people have healed much more then 8%

but yeah making it longer or a lvl 2 or 3 could help that out, but the big thing is when Ryu does a Super Fireball, and Wolvy blocks it, the health bar goes the wrong way, he gains health from blocking the attack! and the berserker corner of death =p
