Storm isn't cheap, it's just the players that make her cheap, she's stop tier for a very good reason, range, speed, priority, flight, great ass infinities, etc....

Troy uses Ryu, and Ken? hmm....? Troy ditch the shotos, and pick mag, cyke, storm, chun, or charlie....
