CHARLIE IS NOT BLANKA.. PERIOD.

GUILE IS GOOD.. PERIOD.

DID ANYONE ANSWER THE QUESTION?

Charlie is there because Guile appeared after his death.. but he was still alive.. (to my knowledge)
