F*ck!!!!!!!1 I just "restored" my computer and it is fast as hell. I downloaded photoshop 6, before i restores my comp it took like 15 seconds for it to start installing. Now it does it right after i click on the setup icon. Well atleast i know what was wrong. Thanks for all your help guys.
