First off, the customer is not always right. In fact, they are usually wrong and made a stupid mistake on their part. In fact, I have job security at my work because all I do is correct and talk to people that can't do anything right themselves. Second, we are not a business here. This game is free, and always will be. There is an option to just donate because there is no charge. You are not forced to donate to play this game, it's an option. It just so happens that people who donate get some perks for the kindness, and that's it. You are not buying anything. Do you donate to charity and then ask what you get back? Or if you're religous and give to the church, do you run up to the pastor and tell him you're a paying customer and want real wine at the service?
