Hmm.....I pretty much agree with what hadoken king said in the first place. Anymore, Chun-Li matches are less about skill and more about staying the hell away from each other out of fear of getting Kiko-Shou'd. The end result is both Chun-Li users at either end of the screen throwing fireballs at each other (kinda like a Ryu match), now what's so fun about that?
One Kiko-Shou will take 3/5's of your life if you catch the brunt of it. Even if you block one of them, I've seen it take nearly a 1/3. Even if you try to break one of them with a helper, I've seen it take half by the time the helper gets there. The only effective strategy against a Chun-Li user is to stay the hell away from her. If you don't, prepare to die.
Also, Chun-Li's flash kick takes WAY too much life. Beefing up her supers is one thing, but what the hell? I've gotten trapped in the corner with full life before and been beaten in 4 seconds flat, and of course I couldn't move or do anything. That's B.S. if you ask me, much worse than the low punch cheat with Ryu. Shameless cheapskates could easily exploit that (and I think some of them already have).
Now I know that Chun-Li needed some tweaking, but I don't think that this was the right solution. If anything, she should be invincible as soon as she starts her Kikou-Shou (as to prevent getting kicked or fireballed out of it immediately), with the exception of maybe getting Shinkuu-Hadouken'ed. Give her moves a little more priority perhaps. But making her supers take 3/5's of your life is overkill. I don't like losing to nothing but supers.
I know this sounds awfully bitchy, and I also know that TMy just wants players to choose all of the characters that he's worked so hard on, and not just Ryu. But I'm being honest here. I just don't enjoy using Chun-Li anymore. It's just too easy to be cheap with her.
