They will mostly likely put a tube leading to his bladder in him and the urine will flow out from there.

...But im still wondering, how did he get it choped off? I couldnt see the lady taking a knife and with 1 slash cutting the thing off like some kind of samurai. And if she had to saw it off, then the man could of over powered her the moment she started to use the knife in a saw motion. Unless he was just siting there watching all of this happen without takin action =/
