I dont know what the hell my cousin could have done but when he got off the computer some poop came up on my desktop after i restarted the computer(ill post a screen shot below)it covers my whole desktop except for my icons and toolbar..EDIT

r does anyone know what I could use to delete this pop up or whatever it is..
