[color=#810541]There is more than one way to end pit bull attacks. They can make a law were people have to take dog training classes and get a license to own a pit bull breed. This way, the dogs will be raised properly and will be less likely to attack people if the owners know how to handle it.

Also, as part of the law, they would need to take their dog to a vet every few month to check for any behavioral changes and such. This would be a good idea because their will be a higher demand for vets and dog trainers, which will create more jobs for people. Not to mention, it will make people think twice before getting a pit bull. Only those that truly have their heart set on a pit bull will go through the lengths to acquire one.
