ok maybe i exagerated a bit. what i meant was when i nail someone with that shinnuken special it ends the match too fast. And how am I supposed to NOT do specials if my opponent is throwing shinkuu hadokens every chance thay get. If the "no level ups" options were included later like I suggested b4, then this would just be a battle of skills.
