The Ryu glitch is just because of lag due to the opponent hitting you on there comp but you being behind them which causes it to change directions.

But the Cyclops one is just pure glitches because it happens almost 100% of the time. Especially his optic blast which stay on the field and hit you no matter what you do. The Air optic blast might as well be his only move because its an auto kill if they hit you in the air with it. The Super Optic Blast always stays on the field and hit you no matter what you do only thing u can do is hit him b4 he does it or block it.
