I remember this happened to me the day Ken came out. I remember I was having a 1 on 1 with my opponent. When I managed to kill my opponent's Ryu, a red bar appeared and a Sentinel came out of no where.

It was kind of wierd, I had to kill both his Ryu and Sentinel in order to win the match, and it was a 1 on 1, no tag.
