I will say this off the bat.,..asking to be one isn't gonna make anyone's chances EVEN LOWER!!!!

From my sources, amnd what i was told....NWOs and Mods are apppointed by the current ones....

There isn't much more to say....since they don't tell us how they go through the whole chosing process...
