Thanks to everyone for the tips. Now I know outer glow is a bad thing lol. I also will do total brushing instead of being lazy and using the clouds filter. Thanks a lot for the 10 Restavega, I'm glad you like banners that don't require TONS of brushing. Z-z, you have an awesome eye because you pointed out exactly what I did, but it's too bad you disliked my brushing skills. I understand though because it was my first try at it. BTW to all that gave me horrible ratings, I said amateur, but I appreciate your honesty. My next banner will definitely be better than this one and maybe I'll score above 5 most of the time instead of bombing far below it.
