well, first things first
u have to understand
he's and a sorta air fighta and grounds fighter
and he's meant to be used(on this game) as a defense character.
im my tactics with him i most start out with a couple of high punches or his big red beam sorta like this

now, this dude is very jumpy so doo a lota hi optic blasts
as in and optic sweep shall keep the fat guy outta your hair
now we all know that seninel after he does that little beam he likes
do a rocket puch like 4 to 5 times so u just jump over there and take action against the robot by do super advance jump by commercing with down,forward and up. and watch out 4 these move his rocket punch, his , midlle kick and also high kick, his hands are very strong watch 4 those also.
Vs Chun-li well as of today day do not just sit there in just throw out his little beam it's worthless against her. pluss the only thing she has to do is play your little game throwbeam throwbeam, and the next thing u know sum of your life is gone. so be very careful!!!
Vs. Akuma give me a break damn, u have to change your strategie on this guy like thirty timesu thinks he's in the air doing a arieal super, it's turns out he's doing a ragin demon ure in a messed up situation. my best sugestion to u is to do a lot of high optic blasts, stay in the air wen u see him in the air at level 1 and most of importantly, give the man some optic sweep from time to time
Vs Ken Well they tends to do a lota shruken so make sure ure not in the corner with him or u'll meat defeat. and stay away from his flames to they're deadly too.
