If your playing on the downloadable version, then you have a missing txt file, the file is from the extracted sfo1b.exe file, what you'll need to do is unzip the sfo1b.exe file once again and then place all the downloaded .cct files in the new folder that is created in your (C

drive and the game should run fine after that.
If your on the web version, try clearing your cache...
-tools
-internet options
-delete files
-check the delete all offline content box
-ok reload the game
-and your done
