simple...

1 - upload it to a web server
2 - type in the EXACT address of the server
example: http://www.multimania.com/ssjkarma/avatar.gif
3 - remember that your avatar has to be in gif or jpg other than that will simply not work since they are not internet image.

as simple as that !
