im in need of a banner, can someone help me out plz.

what i want is a banner of joe budden.... i want the background to be blue and i want the banner to say Jersey City on it. Whatever else you do is all up to you. Make it look as nice as you can. Give it your special touch. i don't have a pic but whatever pic you find that is clear and looks good, use it.
