I personally love Ulead GIF Animator which can be found here >> http://www.ulead.com/ga/runme.htm there's a free trial...... Also if you feel cheap and want a free one, then get Advanced GIF Animator which is free, but it leaves a logo on the bannar....here it is>> http://gif.creabit.com/
