Yea u need check if it installed, then what u must do is click on windows firewall @ the bottom of the control panel, im sure u know how to get to the control panel, when ur there click on the exceptions tag and make sure SFO is checked, then click on advanced and next to your connection under NETWORK CONNECTION SETTINGS, then make sure everything under the Services tab is checked, then click the ICMP tab and check all of those boxes, and then try it again.... if it still doesnt work then click on tools, internet options, clear history, delete cookies, delete files, then go to advanced and click restore defaults, then restart ur comp if youWANT then try it again, after that....... i have no idea but just try it i guess..... :eh:
