thanks but i uninstalled shocokwave and downloaded the new shockwave and it still didn't work and when u said go into the directory i pressed run and typed that in and deleted shockwave 8 and 10 but it still didn't work.
i even retsarted my computer.i did everything u said to do but it didn't work
