The CURRENT marve| characters that are selectable in the game now were there from BEFORE the game was shut down.
To add on to what mastermax said. True, TMy was shut down before cause he DIDN'T have permission to use marve| characters.But that was years ago. He might've got permission to use soem of them now. Like i said earlier.
Why else would he add Iceman and Iron Man (who are marve| characters) to the character selection screen if he's not allowed to use marve| characters? That tells me he's getting the permission to use them. :biggrin:[/quote]
