No, TMyApp using copyrightted characters without marve|'s consent was wrong. They had every right to get mad at him. If he adds another marve| character, it will be to his own detriment, changing SFO as we know it. How I remember it goes like this: after being found out by the marve| corporation, they threatened to take legal action, so TMyApp promised to not use anymore of their characters. If he breaks that promise and uses them anyways... BAM, law suit, and the game gets shut down forever.
