Yeah, it's uPto YOU to do what you want to do with it.
But it's also uPto MICROSOFT to get rid of tha PeoPle selling stuff like that(modchiPs) to make their systems Play burned games.

If you ever make a, let's say, VCR. And somebody made a thing for your VCR to allow it to Play TAPES(because they're cheaPer), WITHOUT yoru permission and sold it, wouldn't you want it to shut down? Cuz you'd be makin no money?
