MVC2.... would you like to fight me in the arcade game online? Because I'm bored, and I wanna play people who have some confidence. (Btw, what ARE the APEX tourneys?) But I have to disagree with Tarkan on the Ken thing. Ken doesn't own Ryu. They're both on a war about that. Ryu and Ken a different in few ways. Ryu, unlike Ken, was able to improve his Haduken to multiple levels. Though, he lacks the ability to use the Shoryuken to its fullest strength. Ken spent his time improving his Shoryuken move to multiple levels, which is why Capcom made his Hypers Shoryuken related. Though, Ken fell behind Ryu in the Haduken place. Ryu kept the traditional Spinning Kick thing (don't remember the name X.x)but he placed strength as the base for the attack. Ken, on the other hand, placed speed into it. In the vs. series, Ken now goes Diagnally when doing the spinning kick on the ground, because the speed of his kicks carries him off the ground and towards the enemy. Ryu can only go a smaller distance then Ken, but packs so much power into it, that the distance never matters. But, unlike Ken, Ryu kept all of his main specials and they formed into hypers. He now has Shinku Tatumaki Shunpu Kyaku(sp?), Shinku Haduken, and Shin horyuuken. He was able to become the all round type for hypers, where as Ken could only go as far as Shipuu Jiryu-Kyaku, Shoryu-Reppa, and Shinryuu Ken. Either way, Ryu and Ken are both well-rounded to their backgrounds. Anywhom, the only other reason I have for Sakura being added(and I feel happy for saying this now) is because she is the only other Shotokan other than Ryu and Akuma that can go evil, and use the raging demon attack (though, hers has a different name). That's one of my reasons for Sakura.
