Oh, other combos are also slower for me. Did I mention worn-out keyboard syndrome? I regularly need to try 5-6 times to get even Shinkuu Hadoken to work. 
i think i know what your problem is.how badly if at all do ou lag.because i think that lag is what is your problem when it comes to pulling off moves.
