Whats the thing that always makes people wine?

How can you say someone sucks when theres no skill based in this game? And then when you lose, you say it was lag. dubya tee eff.... and every time im caught in a lighting kick, chunli is always staying stuck, when the opponent is supposed to move back while doing the lightning kic, shes just standing their lightning kicking me till I die(didnt make sense). Her kikoushou has a priority, thats a problem, her kikoshou in the arcade does not where near damage like that.

Everytime I use Chunli, and I get caught in a shinkuu, or any super beam going across the screen, it takes me 3 seconds for me to jump up in the air again! dubya tee eff! 3 seconds! and i keep tapping up! chunli is slow, I mean her moves are so slow.
