This is just one of those crazy ideas you have now & then, when you least expect them...
(What's that? You don't? I'm the only one? Oh dear... :biggrin

If a player needed to be above a certain level before they could do certain specials (even if they don't cost any level), it would make the game far more balanced. My suggestions (I've put an attack name in quotes if I can't remember the correct name:

Ryu:
Level 1 req:
Hadoken
Shoryuken
Level 2 req:
Super Hadoken
Super Tatsumakisenpuukya (roundhouse)

Chun-Li:
Level 1 req:
Kikoken (fireball)
Super Tenshokya (rising spin kick)
'Hundred Kick'
Level 2 req:
Super 'Fireball'
Super 'Hundred Kick'

Wolverine:
Level 1 req:
Berserker Barrage
'Recover'
Level 2 req:
Berserker Barrage X

Sentinel:
Level 1 req:
Hard Punch
Level 2 req:
Sentinel Force
Plasma Storm

This would, of course, be an option, probably set in the 'create game' screen. There would also probably need to be an option in the options somewhere, for practice mode.
...Hey, I've just had another idea! Coud there be a 'practice' tab in the options, where you could choose opponents, toggle the time limit, etc?

I *cannot* stress enough that this is all low priority, & if I appear 'pushy', it is not intentional.
