allow me to answer this for you.

either go to (Contact a Mod Forum) or email them info@streetfighteronline.com and tell them your in-game name as well as your forum name (if it's different) and tell them that you're VIP (Member or Sponsored) and they will check theire list of VIP's. Then, they'll do it no prob.

I highly doubt there's anything else you need so closing this topic would be a good idea.
