let's see. I know it;s been said already, but it's too busy. Too much action with the fire and the person coming out of the fire. I think lightening it up a bit will help (by that i ment not putting so much stuff on it)

The font is basic, you know what im sayin. Just jazz it up a bit,and the banner should look nice.
