i think he/she is refering to forum matters in regard to groups,

what you have to do is email support@streetfighteronline.com and let them know
what your problem is and they'll sort out your forum problem

but if you are having problems with your vip account on the game then email vip@streetfighteronline.com as alamgir has stated and let them know your problem and they should sort it out for you :biggrin:
