I suggest you try running or jogging a mile every day, that's a fast way to burn off that fat. Have a balnced but strict diet, leaving out as much carbs as possible.

aren't carbohydrates supposed to store/give energy ?
why wouldn't you want to have energy stored when planning to exercise ?
