let me ask you this. How can he use a "fake" mod account.

it isn't possible. That person was most likely trying to bully people around. Peple who say the're an NWO or Mod and say things like that usually just do it (from my perspective). I think you should look up the names of the NWO's and Mcods just so that you know for next time
