push ups is an excellent exercise to improve strength and endurance...it mostly depends on how many you can do if youdo about 25-30 quickly and properly may i emphasis u will improve strength and ur muscles will get bigger. if youcan do about 40+ then u will get more definition for your muscles. oh lol i forgot press ups work out the pectorals(chest),tricep(back of arms) and also secretly increases strength in the front part of deltoids(shoulder muscles)
