go to start-
control panel-
add remove programmes-
change or remove programmes-
then select msn messenager,
and select the change option, the repair and then try and run it and it may work, and do the same for ie, if not just remove them both and re download them, and it may work again, if that still does not work you could try system restore , but i'm not 100% sure this will work as it hasn't happened to me before :biggrin:
