Tell them they may discuss almost anything they want in the R.I. Section.
IF they make a new topic don't bash it.
Tell them they can check out the recent updates and events in SFO.
Also they may even be able to ask NWO members and Admisntrators questions regarding the game.
Just let them know about tournaments...
INVITE new users to tournaments..
They don't know what's going on help them out..and the forum will rebuild...that's all.
