Well if you have money then NO problemo .

1)Get a motherboard thats gonna support some of the latest graphic cards . Recommend : Asus (www.asus.com)

2)Secondly is the processor which is the speed of the computer , i dont know how high is the speed nowadays but im currently running on a P4 2.0Ghz which is still doing fine , for all i know is that it has gone above 3Ghz which i think its pretty good if you get that.

3)This is my favourite part , adding up the RAM which is most important thing if you want to play some of todays most popular games. I suggest you get a graphic card from NVIDIA (www.nvidia.com) or ATI (www.ati.com) , these two are the best for all i know they are competing to be the best graphic card developers. You can also buy those chips that can help you boost up your RAM which are the DDR and SDR RAM Chips , i dont know whats the difference but i heard DDR is better.

Its also good if you want to get good specs you should check out this website and copy the hardwares they use , its a game-build pc. ( www.alienware.com ) I hope this is good enough for you to upgrade your pc to one hella killa machine :blues:
