i think that seen as you are a sponsered vip, whom ever sponcered you may have taken your perks away, you can either do two things..
1. contact who ever sponcered you and ask them if they got your perks disabled,
or
2.contact vip@streetfighteronline.com as thug has said
tell them your info about your sfo account such as your sfo name and your email address and wait for a reply :biggrin:
