You're missing nothing.

The fact that he called himself a vet gives a lotta testimony to his ability and "self-preservation" as a fighter and person in the community. It's just one of those guys who... well, one might consider giving respect in the community but tend to seek it a bit too much

However, enough with the lecture. You're not missing anything. If he used a character like Evil ryu, Akuma or Shin akuma... or even Dark Sakura, then he probably "warped" through your character with the asura senkuu and hence was able to get behind you to perform his super move :biggrin:

One thing you must know however, is that no matter how fast your connection is and that of your opponent, you'll still experience a bit of lag... be it small or large :biggrin:

As for his so-called "secrets", there aren't many secrets to the game. Just game play strategies and being one with the lag.

Of course we have the "secret" TLF Helpers... but then again, even TMyApp said there weren't any secrets behind those either... so that explains that.

You might wanna check out http://nosoul4evr.cyberfuturism.com for any info regarding "gameplay"... or wait till the makers of http://maximumspider.com are able to get things together and get that fansite up and running. Other fansites exist... just pick whatever one you think is most informative and you'll get all the so-called secrets you need.
