there is no point for him to do that... because:

1: the person(s) he was playing is no longer there (that's why he lost sync)

2: once you start a game/round, you are no longer connected to the main SFO chat.. thus, you will not be listed as an active "server" (when someone presses the "join game" button) ... thus, no one else will be able to connect to you

... all u can do is is menu/exit.. then... rejoin the chat server.. and start from scratch
