ok, for those who don't know it... there are kinda like settings for difficulty in the game !

NORMAL MODE = Slower thus the computer response is lowered a bit thus easyer for you to pull out your things !
TURBO MODE = Normal gameplay, things goes a tad faster then normal and the AI is responsive.
UTRA TURBO MODE = That mode is kinda hidden its more of a bug int he system yet it makes the game way faster thus the computer is way more responsives !

how to get ultra-turbo mode...
well it was found by nferno666.
play the game in turbo mode but when the fight start enter the chat command box and type /turbo 1 then press enter and you'll see the difference !

as for mirror mode, well not a good idea, don't know how you conclude it to be one either, i am with blanka here. mirror mode seems more like a joke mode then anything else ! who would want that in any way !

as for the super going on, well i say both would get kicked out of their supers as both collision boxes would be hit at the same time thus throwing both guys out of it ! that being said, i doubt you to be able to win or even lose !

it would make mostly draws !
for my part i think this was a very bad idea in the first place !
and top it all, i don't remember seeing any fighting games having that king of mode anyway, and i truly played lots of em !
