I doubt its gonna happen, even a password protection would work.
People give out there account passwords, do you really think someone won't give out the server password?

Also i don't think you could consider yourself a vet.
Vets are the guys that stared playing in 2001-2002.
and i know what your gonna post after you see this..."yes i'm a vet i've been playing this game since 2001"
And thats what everyones gonna try to pull to get into the server.
