So your point is that when you got back to SFO all the character wasn't unlocked. Well this happened to people that make new account

It some kind of bug. Anywho I suggest you get 40 win again if you don't have all the character or become VIP or Sponsered VIP then you don't need to unlocked anyone it unlocked it for you go here if you wish to become one and read it before you do it here is the website http://www.streetfighteronline.com/vip/

If the glich still here just log off and log in then the character will be gone and you can start getting new character. 40 win thats all you need to get all the character back
