necro: that was off topic but its normal that ryu is better he has been here since day 1, he has become very strong but chunli and wolverine still need tweaks here and there so they can be at there best !

to recall the topic, chunli and wolverine supers are too strong.

my question goes to tmyapp:
did you do them that way so they could have a chance against ryu player or is it just they need a tweak ?
