Sorry, I got so many things up my mind and I don't know which one to do first.

Doing my homework, finishing is some big requests for gfx, and helping out "others" in gfx.

The glowing things?

I make some squares, shadow drop a little to make it look like 3D and then outer glow and change color to fully white.
Simple yet effective.
