Your ideal is a good one...

The process of turning seawater into fresh water would be the best approach to your ideal.

This world is made up of a majority of Salt Water........interesting how in the last few centuries...land mass has increased....with the predicted floods....to happen in the generations to come....

Droughts....and yet floods in other land areas....

Makes you ponder on a way to transport water through Atmosphere...some what like a car pole system.....

and make it so that all areas of the world had an even amount of water supplies....not to much..I mean...

wouldnt that be a bad thing? we can already obtain it from rivers and lakes, why should we go through more work to obtain fresh water from the oceans?

look, all we gotta do is keep the gulf stream running and the north and south pole frozen and we all be alright.

but i dont know u guys, the temps up in NYC feels warmer than they should being near the end of november. i gotta feeling we're already being affected big time.
