ost_uid10]I am starting a tourney to see who is the best chun li user on SFO in the year 2004. There are many favourites already, but this tourney will push u to the limit with other great chun li users.
Rules:
> Chun Li only
> 1on1 no tag
> Timer ( optional )
> Helpers on ( might change in final )
> No TLF helpers
> No spinning gulie, and no cody
> Best out of 3 games up to semi finals
> Best out of 5 in semi finals
> Best out of 7 in finals
- if youchoose one of the illegal helpers, than the person who hosted will rehost and the round will not count.
- If a person picks the wrong person, than the person who hosted will rehost and the round will not count
- If sync is lost in match, than it must be redone, unless the person who leaves is within 15% of life. ( any questions on this that post them or have a screenshot and i will decide wheather the fight counts )
- No observers, unless it is me ( creates too much lag otherwise )
