the only two best defensive player (Who I think) are:

Spider Man - Because of spidey sense, one you get the spidey sense, you just have to run away and your set.

Wolverine: when he blocks against it super, theres no effect to the life so then you can take your time wih him when you fight someone else. He is also a fast blocker too and can crouch very low to the ground, Also spidey can do that really well with his fast blocks
