Ok, you are arguing with another member. When he posts, you have to post a smartass remark back. When you post, he flames you as well. You two generaly disslike each other, and flame each other on the boards, making a scene.

You come to the boards, do your own thing, but it seems a lot of people "pick" on you or give you crap. Your not sure why, but it makes you feel unwelcome.

If either of these apply to you or are similar to your case, read on.

First off, flaming each other on the forums is Not Tolerated. You lose respect from your fellow members, and lose favor in the eyes of the Administration. First off, try to be mature about the situation. PM the person that is giving you trouble, ask questions, resolve the issue. Notice that this should be done with Private Messages. No one else wants to see you bicker and fight on the boards. If this doesn't work, tell me. I am here for you. I love this Project, it's community, and all of you. I'll help any way I possibly can. I will talk to both parties, and try to work things out. If needed we will go to a chat room and discuss matters there. There isn't much of a reason we can't all get along, and at the very worst case just ignore each other, and be civil.

Little arguments and call outs are fine, but anything esculating to a higher level of mass flaming, name calling, and such, can Not happen.
