On the first page of this thread is all the information required you need to know to take screenshots.
I've heard pressing ALT(button) + PrintScreen(button) makes the loading time shortened.
You also need a paint based program to put your screenshots...everyone seems to love photoshop.
Also you'll need a site to host your images...
